Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time on the carrier's website.

If you haven't received your tracking email within seventy-two hours of your order confirmation, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct
  • Contact our support team at contact@lavyne.co with your order number
Good to know: Your tracking number may take up to twenty-four hours to become active on the carrier's platform. If no information is showing yet, please wait a few hours and check again.

Delivery address

The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery details entered at checkout. Any address error may result in a delay or failed delivery.

Incorrect address If a parcel is undelivered or returned to sender due to an incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable address, any redelivery costs will be borne exclusively by the Buyer. No refund will be applicable in such cases. Please double-check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

  • Suburb, state, and postcode

Missing or delayed parcel

If your parcel hasn't arrived, please carry out the following checks before contacting our support team:

  • Check the tracking status via the link in your dispatch email
  • Check whether the parcel has been left with a neighbour or at a nearby collection point
  • Check with your local post office in case a delivery card was left
  • Confirm that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct

If your parcel still can't be located after these checks, please contact us at contact@lavyne.co with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier within forty-eight business hours.

Claims window: All claims for non-delivery must be submitted within thirty days of the dispatch date. Claims received after this period cannot be accepted.

Damaged parcel on arrival

If your parcel shows visible signs of damage upon receipt, we recommend that you:

  • Photograph the damaged packaging before opening it
  • Photograph the damaged item once the parcel has been opened
  • Contact us at contact@lavyne.co within forty-eight hours of receipt, attaching your photos

We will treat your claim as a priority and offer either a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.

How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery typically takes between four and eight business days, depending on your location and current carrier conditions. Timeframes may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays. You will be notified when your order is dispatched and can follow it using the tracking number sent by email.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — shipping is completely free on all Australian orders, with no minimum spend required. For New Zealand orders, a flat shipping rate of A$7.99 applies.
How much does shipping cost to New Zealand?
Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of seven dollars and ninety-nine cents (A$7.99), with delivery via NZ Post in four to eight business days. This amount is clearly displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.
Can I update my delivery address after placing my order?
Yes, but only within two hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at contact@lavyne.co with your order number and the updated address. After this window, your order will have entered processing and the address can no longer be changed.
My tracking says "delivered" but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
First, check with your neighbours, building manager, or any nearby collection point. If you still can't locate your parcel, contact us at contact@lavyne.co with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier within forty-eight business hours.
