Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time on the carrier's website.
If you haven't received your tracking email within seventy-two hours of your order confirmation, please:

- Make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct

Delivery address
The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery details entered at checkout. Any address error may result in a delay or failed delivery.

- Street number and name, without abbreviations
- Unit or apartment number if applicable
- Suburb, state, and postcode
- Country
- Mobile number for delivery notifications
Missing or delayed parcel
If your parcel hasn't arrived, please carry out the following checks before contacting our support team:
- Check the tracking status via the link in your dispatch email
- Check whether the parcel has been left with a neighbour or at a nearby collection point
- Check with your local post office in case a delivery card was left
- Confirm that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct
If your parcel still can't be located after these checks, please contact us at contact@lavyne.co with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier within forty-eight business hours.
Damaged parcel on arrival
If your parcel shows visible signs of damage upon receipt, we recommend that you:
- Photograph the damaged packaging before opening it
- Photograph the damaged item once the parcel has been opened
- Contact us at contact@lavyne.co within forty-eight hours of receipt, attaching your photos
We will treat your claim as a priority and offer either a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
