Change of Mind Returns — 30 Days

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are not automatically entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. However, Lavyne offers a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy as part of our commitment to your satisfaction.

To request a return, contact us at contact@lavyne-au.co with your order number, your name, and the items you'd like to return. We'll get back to you with instructions within 48 business hours.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn. This applies without exception.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the following cases where Lavyne covers the cost:

  • Item received faulty or damaged
  • Incorrect item sent by us (wrong style, wrong colour)
  • Item significantly different from its description

In these cases, email us at contact@lavyne-au.co with photos of the item received. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at checkout. No cash refunds or bank transfers will be issued.

Size or Colour Exchanges

Would you like to exchange your leggings for a different size or colour? This is possible within 30 days of receipt, subject to stock availability.

How it works

  3. 3Send back the original item (return shipping at your cost)
  4. 4We dispatch the new item as soon as we receive your return

If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund will be offered instead.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Australian Consumer Law, if an item has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit, Lavyne will replace or fully refund it at no cost to you.

What to do

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at contact@lavyne-au.co and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the fault or damage
  • A photo of the packaging if damaged in transit

We'll treat your claim as a priority and offer a replacement or full refund within 48 business hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return an item I haven't tried on?
Yes, as long as the item is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact — returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
I ordered the wrong size. What should I do?
Contact us at contact@lavyne-au.co as soon as possible. We can arrange a size exchange within 30 days of receipt, subject to availability. Check the size guide on each product page to avoid any sizing issues.
My refund hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check your bank statement first — refunds can take 3 to 5 business days to appear after we process them. If after 14 business days you still haven't received it, contact your bank and then reach out to us at contact@lavyne-au.co with your order number.
Can I return underwear or a thong?
No. For hygiene reasons, underwear and lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn. This applies without exception, in line with standard Australian retail policy.
How long do I have to return an item?
Lavyne offers a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. Beyond 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, except where required under Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered. In those cases, we cover the return shipping and will send you a prepaid label.
