Change of Mind Returns — 30 Days
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are not automatically entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. However, Lavyne offers a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy as part of our commitment to your satisfaction.
To request a return, contact us at contact@lavyne-au.co with your order number, your name, and the items you'd like to return. We'll get back to you with instructions within 48 business hours.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the following cases where Lavyne covers the cost:
- — Item received faulty or damaged
- — Incorrect item sent by us (wrong style, wrong colour)
- — Item significantly different from its description
In these cases, email us at contact@lavyne-au.co with photos of the item received. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed according to the following timeline:
Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at checkout. No cash refunds or bank transfers will be issued.
Size or Colour Exchanges
Would you like to exchange your leggings for a different size or colour? This is possible within 30 days of receipt, subject to stock availability.

- 3Send back the original item (return shipping at your cost)
- 4We dispatch the new item as soon as we receive your return
If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund will be offered instead.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, if an item has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit, Lavyne will replace or fully refund it at no cost to you.
What to do
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at contact@lavyne-au.co and include:
