Where is my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll automatically receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received it, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us with your order number.
How do I return an item?
You have thirty days from the date of receipt to return an item, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and has all its original tags attached. Send us an email at contact@lavyne.co with your order number to get started.
How do I choose my size?
A detailed size guide is available on every product page. If you're unsure between two sizes, we recommend going with the larger one.
My refund hasn't come through. What should I do?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within fourteen business days. It may then take a further three to five business days to appear on your bank statement. If you're still waiting, contact us at contact@lavyne.co with your order number.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
All modification or cancellation requests must be submitted within two hours of placing your order. After this window, your order will have entered processing and can no longer be changed. Please contact us immediately at contact@lavyne.co.
